Welcome to DailyDeals. By accessing or using our platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to DailyDeals website, system, and services.
"User" refers to any individual accessing the Platform.
"Merchant" refers to third-party providers of goods/services.
"Deals Partner" refers to users participating in referral or earning programs.

2. Use of Platform
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in good faith.
You must not:
- engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities
- exploit system loopholes or reward mechanisms
- interfere with platform operations

DailyDeals reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- maintaining account confidentiality
- all activities under your account

4. Deals and Vouchers
- All deals are provided by third-party Merchants.
- DailyDeals acts as a facilitator only and is not responsible for Merchant performance.
- Vouchers may have expiry dates and specific terms.
- Misused or altered vouchers may be void.

5. Payments
- Payments are processed via third-party providers.
- All payments are final unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.

6. Commission and Earnings
- Earnings are subject to eligibility, validation, and anti-abuse checks.
- DailyDeals may revise, withhold, or cancel commissions at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
All content and system design belong to DailyDeals.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
DailyDeals is not liable for:
- Merchant-related issues
- indirect or consequential losses
- system downtime or errors

9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify DailyDeals against any claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination
DailyDeals may suspend or terminate access without prior notice.

11. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
