DailyDeals is committed to protecting your personal data.

1. General Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered if:
- payment is completed but voucher is not issued
- duplicate or erroneous transactions occur
- Merchant is unable to provide the service

3. Non-Refundable Cases
- change of mind
- expired vouchers
- failure to redeem within stated terms
- dissatisfaction with Merchant services

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, subject to payment provider timelines.

5. Discretion
All refund decisions are subject to DailyDeals' final review and discretion.
