DailyDeals Anti-Abuse & Fair Usage Policy

DailyDeals is committed to maintaining a fair and sustainable ecosystem for all Users, Merchants, and Deals Partners.

This Policy defines prohibited behaviors and our enforcement rights.

1. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any activity that manipulates, exploits, or abuses the Platform, including but not limited to:

1.1 Fake Transactions
- creating non-genuine transactions to earn rewards or commissions
- self-dealing or circular transactions without real consumption

1.2 Multiple Accounts
- creating or operating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
- using false identities or misleading information

1.3 Referral Abuse
- self-referrals or controlled referrals
- incentivizing others in ways that violate platform rules

1.4 Voucher Misuse
- duplicating, reselling, or altering vouchers
- using vouchers outside permitted terms

1.5 System Exploitation
- exploiting bugs, loopholes, or unintended system behavior
- reverse engineering or interfering with the platform

1.6 Merchant Collusion
- colluding with Merchants to simulate transactions or inflate activity

2. Monitoring & Detection
DailyDeals reserves the right to:
- monitor user activity, transactions, and behavioral patterns
- use automated and manual review systems to detect suspicious activity

3. Enforcement Actions
If abuse is detected or suspected, DailyDeals may take action without prior notice, including:
- suspension or termination of accounts
- withholding, adjusting, or cancelling rewards, commissions, or balances
- voiding transactions or vouchers
- restricting access to platform features

4. Investigation
DailyDeals may request additional information or verification.

Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension or termination.

5. No Entitlement
Users acknowledge that:
- rewards, commissions, and incentives are conditional
- earnings are not guaranteed until verified and approved by the system

6. Final Decision
All decisions made by DailyDeals regarding abuse, enforcement, and eligibility are final.

7. Updates
DailyDeals reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
